Can I make a board game based on how nutrition and transportation work in plants?
Learners will improve their performance in the game of football! They will learn the concepts of body movements in humans, distance, and motion and measurement to understand the science behind a game of football. Then, they will work strategically using these concepts to improve their performance!
Can science help us better our game at sports?
Learners will learn about acids, bases, their properties, the pH scale, indicators, and neutralisation reaction. At the end of the project, they will use these concepts to create a bath bomb, a painting or an indicator to test water quality.
What can we make with acids and bases?
Learners understand the concept of electricity, electric circuits, conductors and insulators to design their own quiz board. They will then create a manual or host a game to demonstrate and present their quiz board.
Can you make an exciting game using electric circuits?
Learners will learn the concepts of weather, climate and wind formation, and design a safety campaign for their community with precautions to keep in mind during natural disasters such as storms and cyclones.
Learners will explore the properties, types, and uses of soil found in their locality. They will test soil pH and create a compost bin to promote soil fertility. They will then choose the most suitable plant to grow in the soil available to them.
How can I analyse and prepare the soil to grow my own plant?
Learners will create their own cotton articles and calculate the price they will sell them at. They will use the knowledge of the life cycle of cotton, and profit and loss, to do so.
How much money can you make selling fabric products?
Learners will understand the concepts of speed, how to calculate speed, distance covered and time taken, and plot motion-time graphs. They will use these concepts to design a game.
