Community Guardians (Level 3)

Learners will engage in a series of projects aimed at promoting environmental and community well-being. They will develop materials to raise awareness about water conservation and design a safety campaign addressing natural disasters like storms and cyclones. Learners will create conservation tools for water and forest management, and devise strategies to combat pollution while promoting biodiversity. They will also produce a fire safety handbook and create an irrigation tool as part of setting up a farmer’s market. Additionally, learners will explore conflict resolution by performing a skit to demonstrate peaceful problem-solving techniques.

Water Conservation: From Awareness to Action  Learners will make materials to spread awareness about the need and ways to conserve water in their community. They will do this based on the concepts of causes of water scarcity, water usage in our daily lives, water cycle, and rainwater harvesting to do so.
