Learners will plan and run food stalls, calculating profit and applying concepts such as fractions, rounding, averages, and linear equations. They will create and price cotton articles, using knowledge of cotton's life cycle and profit and loss. Finally, learners will prepare a balanced meal for family and friends, incorporating nutrition concepts, setting up their pop-up restaurant, and writing and cooking recipes.
